Over the past 50 years, Christ & Holy Trinity Preschool has been an integral part of Westport’s community and has enjoyed a long tradition as a leading preschool. We invite you and your family to visit with us and tour the school grounds.
The formal admissions process begins a year in advance of a child’s attendance, however we invite you contact us at any time to inquire about openings in the current or upcoming school year.

Enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year is ongoing, as of August 2022, we have limited availability remaining in our 4s. For the 2023-24 school year, Open House Events are typically scheduled in mid-October and families with children already enrolled in the program are given priority enrollment for the upcoming school year. Applications for new families typically begin being accepted in mid-November and are considered in the order received. Application materials can be found below. You may contact us at any time during the school year or summer months to inquire about openings or to schedule a tour.
For those families facing financial challenges, we offer partial Financial Aid Assistance, on the basis of need. Financial Aid Applications for the 2022-23 school year were due in January and funds were allocated at that time. Families seeking enrollment after this time, however, may submit an application to be considered for any remaining funds available. All information received will be kept strictly confidential.

Christ & Holy Trinity Preschool is now utilizing the Independent School Management Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) Program to process applications for Financial Assistance. The deadline to submit your Financial Aid Application is December 10, 2021. To apply, please copy and paste the address below:
If the application is not complete, it cannot be considered. All information received will be kept strictly confidential.
If your family qualifies for Financial Assistance, you will be notified in writing and the related materials will be mailed from the Director’s Office by December 17, 2021.
To register your child for the 2022 - 2023 school year, the signed contract and first tuition payment are due by January 15, 2022.

• November 19, 2021 Preschool Applications and fees ($250) due
• December 3, 2021 Acceptance Letters mailed
• December 10, 2021 All Financial Aid Applications due
• January 7, 2022 Deadline to accept/deny grant
• January 15, 2022 Contracts & 1st tuition payment due
For those submitting Applications after January 7, 2022
• Applications and registration fees ($250) may be submitted for any remaining spots in the program
• Financial Aid application may be submitted with your Enrollment Application to apply for any remaining funds available
WHAT IS THE ORDER OF ADMISSIONS?
During the 2022-2023 school year, the Preschool will operate programs for Twos, Threes, Fours and Fives. An effort is made to create gender-balanced classrooms, although this is not always possible. To ensure the quality of the program and to comply with safety and space regulations set by the State of Connecticut, enrollment in the Preschool is limited.
Priority enrollment at CHT Preschool is offered to:
• Children or siblings of children currently enrolled in the Preschool.
• Children or siblings of children previously enrolled in the program
• Children of CHT Church parishioners or members.
WHEN ARE TUITION PAYMENTS MADE?
It is the parent’s responsibility pay their child's full annual tuition rate prior to their child's first day of school. Unless an alternate payment schedule has been arranged with the Director via the Financial Aid process, parents are expected to pay their tuition in 6 monthly payments beginning in January 2022. The preferred payment method is ACH, however Checks, Cash, and Credit Cards are also accepted.. If paying by credit card an additional 2.9% will be added to cover credit card fees incurred. Checks should be made payable to: Christ & Holy Trinity Preschool.
