Our Parent Handbook
The intention of the Parent Handbook is to familiarize parents and families with the policies, procedures and professional administration of Christ & Holy Trinity Preschool.
In order to provide a smooth and positive transition between home and Preschool, the Administration makes every effort to communicate with parents frequently. As we are fortunate to have families who come from different countries and cultures, we are happy to provide this handbook, and other related materials, in the language you are most comfortable reading, upon request.
Should you have any questions, please contact our Administrative Offices (email@example.com)
At Christ & Holy Trinity Preschool, we recognize that parents are our partners in providing the best possible preschool experience for their child.
Parents play an active role in their child’s experience at the Christ & Holy Trinity Preschool. From chaperoning field trips to celebrating classroom and school-wide events, there are countless opportunities for parents to participate. Faculty communicates with parents on an ongoing basis and also via regular classroom newsletters. In addition, formal parent teacher conferences are held twice during the year.
Our Preschool is known for its warm, welcoming and engaging community for not only the students, but also parents alike. In addition to classroom engagements, there are regular Parents Night Out and the events listed below:
Mother or Another Celebrations – This annual event is fully planned and prepared by the students for some of the most special people in their lives.
Weekend Parents' Day – A special Saturday event, which includes visits and activities in the children’s classrooms. This day is ideal for parents whose professional commitments make it difficult for them to attend events during the school week.
Annual Christmas Pageant – CHT’s version of the Nativity Story performed by the Fours classes with musical back up from the Fives Class’ Holly Chorus. A must see!
